Order/Shipping FAQs

Do you ship outside the US?
No. Currently we ship orders only within the 50 US states.

How are your orders shipped?
If you choose our "standard shipping" option, your order will be shipped either by US Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending upon the final size, weight and destination of your order. If you have a preference between these two choices, please feel free to type it in the area marked "Would you like your order shipped somewhere else?" on the form where you enter payment and shipping information. Depending on your distance from the Chicago area, packages shipped US Priority Mail should arrive within 2-4 days and packages shipped UPS Ground should arrive within 5-7 business days. Other choices include UPS 2nd Day Air for an additional $25 charge and UPS Next Day Air for an additional $35 charge. We do not offer UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air shipping on our twin pillows or the My Brest Friend pillow, as size restrictions make this cost prohibitive.

If you want an order in a hurry, keep in mind that UPS only delivers Monday through Friday and their Next Day and 2nd Day Air service counts only business days. So if your order is received Thursday afternoon and ships UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday, it is not guaranteed to be delivered until Tuesday (the second business day after Friday).

US Priority Mail must be used if you want your package shipped to a post office box, as UPS will not accept a post office box address for delivery. To Alaska and Hawaii we ship only US Priority Mail, which should arrive within 3-4 days. UPS will not ship packages to Alaska or Hawaii at its ground rate (because all packages must go by air) and we do not offer UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii, as the cost is prohibitively high.

How soon are orders shipped once you receive them?
Within 48 business hours (Monday through Friday). Depending on time of day received, orders may be shipped the same day or the next day, Monday through Friday. Orders received Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday will ship Monday.

What is your return policy?
There is a ten percent restocking fee on all returnable items. Breast pumps are personal use items and as such cannot be returned. Books and videos are not returnable unless defective. Pillows and slings can be returned within 10 days of receipt if they are clean, have not been washed, and are returned with the original packaging. Any other items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if unopened.
